We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all HYYGIA Premium Shower Filters. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your unused or gently used filter within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund (minus any applicable shipping charges).
What to Return
Please return the complete HYYGIA Premium Shower Filter in its original packaging.
If the filter has been used, we kindly ask that it's in good condition and free from any excessive wear or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the product.

Additional Information
We cannot accept returns for filters that have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will only be covered if the product is found to be defective.
